Entry Refund Policy: Full refund prior to the closing date less a $25.00 office fee. Refunds after the closing date: Full refund of entry fees less non-refundable $25, secretary/office fee only with mailed in veterinary certificate. (This does not include the stall fee) Changes to entry after the closing date $25.00 fee. Stall Fee: $150 which includes stall cleaning fee. No stall refund after the closing date. Bedding may be purchased on site. Other Fees: Gator/four-wheeler/golf cart fee: $10 per vehicle (Must be driven by licensed drivers only. All off-road vehicles must display vehicle tag from the organizing committee.) Tag fee to be paid at check-in. Golf cart rental in advance $200.00. Saturday Competitor BBQ $25.00 Gator/golf cart/ four wheeler tag fee $10.00 to support DNR Trail Fund.
